Can I make changes to my order?

Please email info@intothewoodsco.ca as soon as possible with your request to make changes. Generally, this can be accommodated if the request is made quickly. However, we are unable to guarantee this. Please ensure you review your order carefully before purchasing.

When will my order ship?

Orders ship within 1-3 business days. Some additional time may be required during holiday season or sales.

Can I purchase internationally?

Yes, shipping to the US is available. If you live in another country, please email us at info@intothewoodsco.ca with your postal code and which products you are interested in. Will respond with the cost to ship. Please note any extra duties or fees that incur are the responsibility of the receiver.
