SHIPPING, RETURNS, LOST OR DAMAGED POLICY

Please understand that due to health reasons, we do not accept product returns. Our products do not have a tamper safe seal and therefore can not be returned once received. 

If your item is lost/delayed please contact the shipping company with your tracking number to inquire. If your item is damaged during transport, please forward us a picture of the damage and contact us at info@intothewoodsco.ca. We will file a claim and initiate a replacement immediately. 

If a return to sender is processed and your package is not returned to us, you will be responsible for paying the full cost of a replacement product and shipping. Otherwise, if the package is received we will ship the item again to the correct address. However, the buyer will again be responsible for these shipping fees.
